Windows update allows me to update to IE9, but that's as far as I can get. I did a restore to default conditions in the Tools>Internet Options> I don't have any add-ons orĮxotic settings that should cause this performance. Who does?īut, sometimes, it takes a minute or so until I can scroll a page. Now, it hangs a lot, and doesn't like long playing scripts. IE 11 has been working fine until a few months ago.
